How to use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop of 15 ml diluted in a large glass of water 2 times a day, possibly on an empty stomach, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon; or dilute 2-3 scoops of 15 ml in 1 litre of drinking water during the day.
Depending on your needs, you can increase the indicated dosage by one scoop per day.
Shake the bottle well before each use. (Contains measuring cup).
