Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) gummy vitamins per day. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage.*
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 helps convert food into cellular energy* and can be found in meat, fish, chickpeas and fortified cereals.
Folate
