Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) gummy vitamins per day. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage.*
Niacin
Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, is found in animal foods, nuts, legumes, grains and fortified foods such as breads and cereals.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 helps convert food into cellular energy* and can be found in meat, fish, chickpeas and fortified cereals.
Folate
