One tablet of vitamin K2 + D3 from Doppelherz contains 100 μg of vitamin K in the form of menaquinone (MK-7). This is a high-quality vitamin K2 and can be easily absorbed by the body. The tablet also contains 50 μg of vitamin D. This corresponds to 2000 I.U. (international units). Vitamin K and vitamin D play an important role in maintaining normal bones. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and serves as an “installation aid” for the bone mineral calcium absorbed from food.
