Terra Nova Quercetin Nettle Complex is a natural anti-allergy unique combination of quercetin, freeze dried nettle, turmeric root and elderflower. The quercetin is a non-citric bioflavonoid, which is found in high concentrations in apples and onions, it is a perfect natural anti-inflammatory. The freeze dried fresh nettle  may assist in environmental allergies. The turmeric is traditionally used to protect against specific allergens and inflammation, elderflower contains anti-inflammatory flavonoids, supporting the respiratory system towards allergens. Ideal for vegetarian and vegan.

DIRECTIONS:

As a food supplement for adults, take 1 – 2 capsules 1 – 2 times daily, preferably between meals. Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
