Migretil is a medication used to treat migraine attacks and severe headaches. It contains a combination of active ingredients:

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): A pain reliever.

• Caffeine: Helps to enhance the pain-relieving effects of paracetamol.

• Ergotamine: Constricts blood vessels in the brain to relieve migraine symptoms.

• Belladonna Alkaloids: Help to reduce nausea and vomiting associated with migraines.

Common Uses:

• Relieves symptoms of migraines and severe headaches.

• Reduces pain, nausea, and other symptoms associated with migraines.

Dosage:

• Typical Dose: Take 2 tablets at once during the aura or at the onset of a headache. If necessary, another tablet may be taken after 30 minutes, and this dose may be repeated after another 30 minutes.

• Maximum Daily Dose: Do not exceed 8 tablets (4,000 mg) in 24 hours.

Precautions:

• Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or children under 12 years old.

• Side Effects: May include reactions like nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and others.
