A balanced composition of natural oils from evening primrose seeds, jojoba nuts and sunflowers noticeably nourishes and smoothes the skin: Evening primrose oil is ideal for the care of dry, sensitive skin due to its high content of linoleic and gamma-linolenic acid. Skin roughness and dryness (transepidermal water loss; TEWL) can be significantly reduced and the skin's lipid structure can be regenerated. Jojoba oil increases the skin's elasticity and also provides long-lasting protection against water loss - without making it feel greasy. The linoleic acid contained in sunflower oil makes a further contribution to the regeneration of the skin barrier as a component of the skin's own ceramide 1.
