THE ADVANTAGES OF MESH TECHNOLOGY
MESH technology in aerosols represents an innovative method for the treatment of various respiratory conditions. The nebulization of drugs occurs through a thin membrane or a perforated plate , preferably made of stainless steel: the liquid drug is deposited on the membrane which, vibrating at high frequency, generates a fine and uniform mist of drug particles that pass through the holes and are ideal for inhalation.
MESH technology is appreciated for its ability to produce particles of optimal size (about 3 microns), which are distributed efficiently and uniformly in the lungs, thus ensuring optimal therapeutic action. In addition, this nebulization process minimizes drug waste , optimizing delivery, and ensures particularly quiet operation.
